CLERP 9 - Corporate Disclosure

The CLERP (Audit Reform and Corporate Disclosure) Act 2004 came into effect on 1 July 2004. This Act largely implements the recommendations of the CLERP 9 Policy Paper, the HIH Royal Commission Final Report and the Ramsay Report on Auditor Independence.
